Nike Return Policy and Receipt Requirements

Before starting a Nike return, identify who sold the item and keep the original purchase record. An online order, a Nike store purchase and a purchase from another retailer may need different follow-up steps.

Check the Current Return Instructions

Use Nike's US return help for purchases covered by that country's instructions. For a UK purchase, select the UK location on Nike's site before checking help. If another retailer sold the item, ask that retailer about its policy.

Do not assume a return period, start date or refund method from an old receipt guide. Check the current instructions and any conditions that apply to your item before sending it back.

Match the Item to Your Original Record

Keep these details together so you can identify the purchase:

• the order number or receipt reference;
• the purchase date shown on the record;
• the product name, style and size;
• the item price, discounts and total paid;
• the original payment information, with sensitive details masked in shared copies.

These details help you explain the purchase. The seller decides which documents it requires and whether the item qualifies for a return.

If the Paper Receipt Is Missing

Check your saved order emails and account records first. If you still cannot locate the original, contact Nike or the seller with the details you have. Ask what lookup and return options apply to that purchase; this guide does not promise a reprint, refund or store credit.
