Grubhub+ shows a $0 delivery fee
Grubhub+ members see the delivery fee zeroed out on eligible orders from participating restaurants above the order minimum - but the service fee still applies, so a $0 delivery line with a nonzero service fee is a telltale Grubhub+ pattern.

The driver tip appears as a separate line after fees and tax, whether added at checkout or adjusted afterward. Pickup orders drop the delivery fee and tip defaults change accordingly.
