If a customer needs a formal invoice with IVA broken out by rate (for business expensing or tax purposes), El Corte Inglés requires a separate request, either in-store or by emailing customer billing with proof of purchase and ID details - it is not automatically printed on the receipt.
IVA rates vary by product category
