What Is on a Real Exxon Receipt?

Exxon pump receipts follow the classic Express Pay thermal-slip structure, and the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points block is the detail that distinguishes them from other gas station slips.

Station or Tiger Mart header

The slip opens with the station name and address - many sites print the Tiger Mart convenience store branding - followed by the date, time, transaction number, attendant ID, and an Express Pay title on pay-at-pump slips.

Pump, grade, and gallons to three decimals

Fuel lines show the pump number and grade - Regular, Extra, Supreme, or Supreme+ - with gallons dispensed printed to three decimal places and the price per gallon alongside the fuel total.

Exxon Mobil Rewards+ points activity

Members earn 3 cents per gallon in points on gas, 6 cents per gallon on Supreme+ premium, and 2 cents per dollar on convenience purchases. Rewards receipts print a points block with the masked rewards card, points earned, points redeemed, and the remaining balance.

App fills store the receipt digitally

Paying through the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app displays the receipt in the app automatically - with earned rewards and, if purchased, a car wash code - and an email receipt toggle in the app settings sends a copy to your inbox.

Taxes built into the per-gallon price

US gasoline receipts normally show no separate sales tax line - federal and state excise taxes are included in the posted per-gallon price. A tax line appears only when the transaction includes taxable Tiger Mart store items.

Payment block with authorization details

Pay-at-pump card receipts print the masked card number, card type, and an authorization code, while cash sales handled inside show amount tendered and change due.

Get Your Original Exxon Receipt First

If you fueled with the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app, the receipt is saved in the app automatically and can also be emailed by enabling the receipt toggle in the app's notification settings. For pump card purchases, the station cashier can reprint the transaction the same day, and your card statement confirms the amount afterward. Use this template when the original is unavailable - a pump out of paper, a faded thermal slip, or a station you cannot return to.

A real Exxon fuel receipt is a narrow thermal slip with the station or Tiger Mart header and address, the date, time, and transaction number, the pump number, the fuel grade (Regular, Extra, Supreme, or Supreme+), gallons dispensed to three decimals, the price per gallon, and the fuel total. Rewards transactions add a points activity block - masked rewards card number, points earned, points used, and balance - and card payments show masked digits with an authorization code.

Add the store name, purchase date, line items, totals, tax, payment method, and any optional notes you need on your Exxon template.

Yes. The fuel section supports multiple editable rows with fuel grade, gallons, and price per gallon.

Yes. The payment section supports cash and card modes, with card authorization details shown only when card payment is selected.

If you paid through the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app, the receipt appears in the app automatically after fueling - including your points earned and any car wash code - and in-store purchases generate an e-receipt in the app as well. You can also turn on emailed receipts under Account, Settings, Notifications. For pay-at-pump card purchases without the app, ask the station cashier to reprint the transaction the same day; afterward your card statement is usually the only record.

Members earn 3 cents per gallon in points on gas (6 cents per gallon on Supreme+ premium) and 2 cents per dollar in points on convenience items, car washes, and other store purchases. When you scan or pay through the app, the receipt prints the rewards activity - points earned on the fill, any points redeemed as a fuel discount, and the running balance - which is why genuine rewards receipts are longer than plain card slips.

Both. You can use these templates for reimbursements, bookkeeping prep, and internal documentation workflows.
